Slow Cooker Oxtails

Slow Cooker Oxtails

2 lbs oxtails
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oil
3 tbsp flour

  • Step number one. Season oxtails with salt and black pepper and then lightly coat with flour.
  • Step 2, Heat oil in a large skillet and brown oxtails on all sides.
  • After that, Add oxtails and all other ingredients to the slow cooker and stir. Cover and cook on high for 8 hours.
