Roasted Brussels Sprouts

16 oz. Brussels sprouts
3 Tbsp olive or avocado oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3 garlic cloves minced

  • First. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
