Teriyaki Pineapple Salmon

Teriyaki Pineapple Salmon

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 salmon fillets skin on
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
And so on.

  • Step 1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of salmon fillets.
  • Step 2, Once the pan is hot, place the fillets in the pan, skin side down and sear for 5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Turn the fillets and cook for another 5 - 8 minutes until the fish is fully cooked.
  • Next step is, Mix teriyaki sauce, ginger and pineapple juice in a small sauce pan and bring to boil. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
