Spiced Peach Jam

Spiced Peach Jam

600g (21oz) Peaches (about 3) - it's up to you whether to remove the skin - I did not
400g (2 cups) Granulated sugar
Juice 1 lemon
4 tbsp tbsp Water
1 Star anise
And many more.

  • Step 1. Remove the peaches from their stone and dice the flesh (size of chunks is up to you)
  • Next, Put water, lemon juice, peaches and sugar into a medium, heavy based pan
  • And now, Snap the cinnamon stick in half and add to the pan
