Pineapple Jam : A Canning Recipe

1 quart pineapple crushed…[$8.00]
2½ cups white granulated sugar …[$0.73]
½ large lemon pulp and juice thinly sliced and seeded…[$0.25]
1 cup water …[$0]

  • Step number 1. Prep all your fruit and water bath canning equipment including canning jars, lids, and rings.
  • After that, Combine all ingredients in a large saucepot and bring slowly to a boil, stirring often until sugar dissolves.
