1 14.75 ounce can of Salmon
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
5-7 Saltine crackers crushed
A squirt of lemon juice
And so on.

  • Step number 1. Drain the salmon and remove the skin and bones.
  • And then, In a medium bowl mix remaining ingredients.
  • After it, If the mixture seems to wet and another cracker or two.
